Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to oversee and contribute with all of the day to day operations in the office.
Duties Include:
Organize and maintain filing systems; maintain records related to specific areas of assignment. Monitors inventory of office supplies; reviews purchase requisitions and requests for payments. Back Office audits for companies HR Oversight, to include coordinating administrative personnel functions; assists in initiating personnel requisitions, 401K, insurance benefits, and more. Oversight and management of insurance policies, including property, benefits, workers comp, etc. Oversight of employee drug testing Completion of special projects that reach many departments of the company. Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) years of general office or administrative experience. Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook). Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates possess the following qualities: Ability to run everyday business office procedures. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision. Efficient in time management and prioritizing. Ability to handle multiple projects and willing to learn every day.
