The Role:
Office Administrator You will be the core of our office, ensuring that our estimators and management team can focus on the field. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities •Front Line Communication:
Answer and direct all incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally. •Administrative Management:
Handle all data entry, organize documents, and manage physical and digital filing systems. •Financial Support:
Assist with billing processes, tracking invoices, and basic financial documentation. •Compliance & Permits:
Manage applications for necessary permits and licenses to ensure team compliance. •Supply Chain:
Maintain and order all office supplies and essential materials, ensuring stock levels are always adequate. •Team Support:
Directly assist estimators with documentation, scheduling, and project preparation. •Management Support:
Provide administrative assistance to all levels of management as needed. Qualifications & Must-Haves •Experience:
1+ years of experience in an office or administrative support role (preferred). •Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. •Organizational Mastery:
Exceptional attention to detail is non-negotiable. Must be highly effective at time management and prioritizing a heavy workload. •Initiative:
Must be a proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills—we need someone who anticipates needs and tackles tasks without constant direction. •Grit:
The ability to thrive in a high-energy, direct communication environment.Pay:
