Job Description

Administrative Assistant This position supports the total operation of the company and represents Inspectron Inc. as the first point of office contact. Professional appearance, smiles, cheerful voice and cooperative attitude is important. Coordination with other staff members is imperative while maintaining a fast-paced work environment.
Function:
Answer phones, take information to schedule inspections. Maintain Inspectors Calendars. Independently perform a variety of clerical duties. Use office software to input Building Permits, and schedule appointments/inspections. Maintain office filing system. Greet office visitors, and issue building permits as needed. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reports to Company President
  • Answer phones in timely and courteous manner
  • Greet and assist customers dropping off permit applications
  • Process and input Building Permit Applications
  • Issue Permits for "Over the Counter" permit applications
  • Schedule inspections in computer system, and enter into the Inspectors Calendar
  • Prepare permit packets
  • Keep filing up to date
  • Pick up and distribute mail
  • Provide administrative duties to company President
  • Coordinate computer issues with IT Skills and Abilities
  • Must be friendly, professional, and pleasant to individuals entering the office
  • Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, etc.

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • 2 years of progressively responsible office, clerical, or general administrative work
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite Compensation

Education Reimbursement Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
