JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Real Estate Services Technician to support right-of-way and land acquisition projects for a leading engineering and infrastructure client. This individual will assist with property research, title review, document preparation, database management, and project coordination activities related to utility and infrastructure projects. The role will partner closely with project managers, right-of-way agents, to ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and tracking of project deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in real estate, title, paralegal, mortgage, or property research who is highly organized and interested in supporting infrastructure projects with strong long-term growth potential. This role pays between $20 -$23 per hour.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong administrative and document management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience conducting research and reviewing documents for accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience entering, tracking, and maintaining data in databases or spreadsheets High attention to detail and ability to work independently
