Commercial Real Estate and Investment Services - About the Role Our client, a leading commercial real estate brokerage is seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to support daily office operations during a maternity leave coverage assignment. This role is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional who enjoys working independently, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. The selected candidate will begin in October 2026 with a part-time training and transition period, working closely with the current Operations Manager before assuming primary responsibility for supporting the St. Louis Park office during the leave period. This position offers the opportunity to serve as the key on-site administrative contact while supporting office operations and business professionals in a fast-paced corporate environment. Job Description Responsibilities Front Desk & Office Support Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Ensure a welcoming and professional office environment Office Coordination Manage office supply inventories and kitchen supplies Coordinate general office maintenance and upkeep Maintain organized and professional office spaces Support office operations across multiple locations as needed Administrative Support Provide administrative support to brokerage and operations teams Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Prepare documents and assist with reporting needs Support special projects and departmental initiatives Perform general clerical and administrative duties

October 2026 (part-time schedule, 5 hours per day)
Full Coverage Period:
Approximately November 1, 2026 through mid-January 2027 (6-8 hours per day)

Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, office coordinator, or related office support role Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to work Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including: Outlook Word Excel Ability to serve as the primary on-site office support professional during the coverage period
Preferred Qualifications:
