Primary duties include:
+ Receiving and routing public inquiries and complaints, + Managing the Division's main phone lines and shared email accounts, + Processing incoming mail and payments, + Coordinating administrative aspects of the Placing in Service program, and + Providing administrative support to Division leadership and field staff. The position also assists with maintaining records and tracking program information across multiple internal systems. In addition, the position participates in and supports the Division's safety program.- Minimum Qualifications
- + Customer Service skills (phone, in person, written, and electronic correspondence) sufficient to provide courteous effective service to clients/customers.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Experience coordinating administrative support for regulatory, inspection, or compliance program.
- Physical Requirements
- Requires occasional moving of articles such as boxes, accounting records, laptop computer, and portable printer.
