Office Coordinator

Our office located in White Bear Lake is seeking an Administration Specialist to provide administrative support to our Regional Manager and Corporate Management Team. This position will also support the accounting department with administrative and accounting-related tasks. Prior accounting experience or an accounting degree is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a collaborative office environment. Description This role will be responsible for supporting both the local office and corporate teams. This position supports key administrative, financial, and marketing activities within the organization. Responsibilities include client outreach related to invoices, coordinating and compiling internal reports, assisting with audit documentation and administration, and supporting marketing campaigns and event registrations. The role will also provide general operational support and take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Basic Qualifications Required:

1 to 3 years' experience working in a similar role. Extremely comfortable with Office MS (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor to interact with clients on the phone. Able to independently identify problems and effectively offer potential solutions. Not afraid to find the answer. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A flexible team player. Ability to create and execute priorities. Not afraid to ask questions.

Desired:

Associates Degree or higher in Business Administration Experience with Adobe or PhotoShop.
