Job Description
Position Summary We're looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across multiple departments. This role combines administrative support, inventory coordination, customer service, billing, and data entry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to both customers and coworkers. Key Responsibilities Process and review daily customer and warehouse orders. Maintain and update product pricing across multiple company locations. Enter invoices, inventory receipts, credits, and billing transactions into company systems. Monitor inventory records and process adjustments as needed. Prepare, print, scan, and distribute warehouse and delivery paperwork. Code invoices and maintain accurate administrative records. Answer phones, assist walk-in customers, and respond to inquiries. Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and store locations. Perform general office duties including filing, organizing records, and maintaining a clean office environment. Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred). 2+ years of administrative or office experience. Strong computer and data entry skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience with inventory, accounting, ERP, or point-of-sale software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
