Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Clerical Technician to join our Health Information Management Department in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Health Information Management is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of patient health records across the organization. HIM ensures that all medical documentation is complete, compliant with state and federal regulations (including HIPAA), and readily available to support high-quality patient care, billing, research, and legal purposes. As a Clerical Technician, you will be: Entering data, scanning documents, retrieving records, releasing information Ensuring compliance with patient privacy regulations such as HIPAA Reviewing historical medical records, entering data with descriptions of documents being destroyed and scanning or storing historical record(s) in accordance to policy. Managing health information whether in paper or electronic format Working closely with clinical staff, administrative teams, and external entities to process, protect, and provide access to patient records.Qualifications:
