Job Description
Position Summary The Administrative Clerk performs administrative duties of moderate complexity, including typing, filing, recordkeeping, and answering phones, while providing front-line customer service and managing inventory. Primary Duties Performed Enter and verify data in the computer system. Issue office supplies as needed. Maintain an organized filing system for departmental records. Order and manage inventory supplies. Screen phone calls, answer questions, and forward inquiries. Serve as a front desk contact for community members and students. Assist the secretary and faculty with tasks such as designing handouts, proofreading documents, and checking online files. Support the Chair with event planning, help with the event, and conduct assessments afterward.
