Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have Excel skills and be proficient in creating spreadsheets, analyzing data and producing insightful reports. This role requires professional who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to various departments within the organization. Maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for various business needs. Perform data analysis, generate reports and create visual presentations using Excel. Compile and analyze data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports for executive review. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the department.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to details. Excellent organizational skills and time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
