Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will support daily office operations, manage communications, and ensure the smooth functioning of our health services. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will help us serve our community efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Word processing, and productivity software Handle filing, document proofreading, and ensure proper document organization for easy retrieval Assist with calendar management. Utilize computer literacy skills to support various clerical functions and improve office workflows Qualifications Proven experience in office management with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction in bilingual settings (English/Spanish preferred) Demonstrated computer literacy with data entry, proofreading, and document formatting expertise Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations highly desirable Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us in making a difference by supporting vital public health services through your proactive approach and technical expertise!
