Administrative Assistant Hazelwood, MO Onsite Pay $20-23/hr Contract-Long term with potential to hire Position Overview Our client is seeking a polished, high-energy Executive Administrative Assistant to support multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced, highly visible corporate environment. This individual will support three Directors and a VP while interacting regularly with executive leadership including the President of Defense, SVP of Engineering, and EVP of Manufacturing. This is a newly created role with strong potential to convert to a permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized, and thrives in an environment where priorities can shift quickly. Soft skills, urgency, and professionalism are critical for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Provide executive administrative support to multiple senior leaders Manage complex and heavy calendar scheduling across 4+ executives Coordinate meetings, schedules, and shifting priorities with urgency and accuracy Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Support travel arrangements and expense reporting through Concur Serve as a key point of contact for visitors, leadership, and internal teammates Assist with front desk/reception responsibilities including visitor check-in, badge coordination, and screenings Support employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and monthly office events Help maintain a positive office atmosphere and act as a "face of the office" Provide backup support to leadership team members as needed Jump into projects and administrative tasks with flexibility and a team-first mentality Qualifications Experience supporting multiple leaders/executives in a corporate environment Strong calendar management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Professional presence with strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to pivot quickly and manage changing priorities Comfortable working in a highly visible role with executive interaction Experience handling confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and virtual meeting platforms Experience with Concur for travel and expense management preferred Preferred Backgrounds Executive/Administrative Assistant experience Corporate office support experience Hospitality, restaurant management, retail leadership, or customer-facing environments with strong multitasking responsibilities Front desk or receptionist experience in a professional setting Additional Details On-site position Business casual environment Small office environment with approximately 70 teammates Training will be provided 6-9 month contract assignment with potential for permanent hire
