Service Controller

Diamond R Equipment - Higginsville, MO Diamond R Equipment is looking for a motivated and dependable Service Controller to help oversee day-to-day operations at our Higginsville location. This position plays a key leadership role in coordinating service operations, supporting customers, assisting staff, and helping maintain an efficient workflow throughout the dealership. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, leadership ability, mechanical understanding, and the ability to keep operations organized in a fast-paced equipment dealership environment. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay based on experience and industry knowledge. Pay $16.00 - $35.00 per hour Pay based on knowledge and experience

Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Saturday:

8:00 AM - 12:00

PM Sunday:

Closed Responsibilities Help oversee daily operations of the Higginsville location Coordinate workflow between service technicians, parts department, and customers Assist customers with service scheduling and equipment questions Maintain organization of the service department and yard Help ensure repairs and work orders are completed efficiently Support dealership staff with operational needs Monitor incoming and outgoing equipment Assist with inventory organization and dealership presentation Communicate with customers regarding service updates and timelines Help maintain a positive and productive work environment Qualifications Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment knowledge preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and customer service skills Mechanical understanding is a plus Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Benefits Competitive pay Opportunity for growth Team-oriented work environment About Diamond R Equipment Diamond R Equipment is a family owned equipment dealership serving Missouri with locations in Higginsville and Freeburg.
