This role is a hybrid of front office operations, patient communication, and light clinical support. You'll handle everything from answering phones and scheduling patients, to processing prescriptions and assisting with EBO2 therapy and IV administration when needed. You'll also manage incoming leads, help with Superbills, collect payments, and support the team wherever needed to ensure seamless daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and patient follow-up calls (4x/day lead checks) Prescription coordination and pharmacy communication Payment collection for scripts, peptides, and services Patient scheduling, check-in/out, and front desk coverage EBO2 therapy and IV support (as needed) Preparing Superbills and supporting office efficiency Supporting clinical and administrative teammates as needed
