Job Summary:
Pattonville School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated Administrative Assistant III to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, foster a welcoming and inclusive school environment, and contribute to the overall success of our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all student academic records, including enrollment, withdrawals, transfers, and graduation status. Ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality of student information in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations. Process transcript requests and prepare official transcripts, enrollment verifications, and other academic records. Serve as the primary point of contact for records-related inquiries from students, parents, staff, and external institutions. Manage student information systems, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and updates. Coordinate student registration processes, including new student intake and orientation support. Prepare reports related to enrollment, attendance, and academic records as required by administration or district offices. Maintain organized electronic and physical and digital filing systems for student records in accordance with retention policies. Collaborate with school staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to student records and data reporting. Assist with state reporting requirements and audits involving student data.
Additional Duties:
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the principal(s). The responsibilities listed above are representative of the position and are not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with staff, students, families, and the public. Knowledge of school policies, procedures, and internal operations; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in modern office software and technology, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools.
Travel Requirements:

Schedule:
Monday-Friday eight hours per day; in person.
Pay Structure:
