Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our growing construction business(s). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with clients and helping keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Handle calendar management and maintaining the office conference area. Perform data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and client databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and organized Maintaining office tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Assist with client communication by providing excellent customer support via phone, email, or in person Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks such as scanning documents, accepting payments, and sending invoices. Provide general administrative support to the team. Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & Facebook. Experience in QuickBooks is a plus. Professional and friendly communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize task responsibility. Skilled in handling multi-line phone systems, phone communication, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in office tools such as spreadsheets, Word processing, calendar management, and data entry systems. Your dedication will help create a seamless office environment that supports our team's success. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and dependability to join our team!
Pay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
