Job Description

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clerk. This vital role involves managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. As a Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, supporting various office functions to help our organization run seamlessly and professionally. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, providing excellent customer support and assistance Answer phone systems promptly and professionally. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document integrity Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks for daily administrative tasks Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail handling, and basic bookkeeping tasks Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining organized filing systems Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative support roles with attention to detail Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries Join us as a Clerk to be an essential part of our team
