We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and provide exceptional service to our families. Responsibilities
  • Welcome parents, students, and visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly.
  • Schedule student assessments and classes.
  • Assist with student enrollment and maintain accurate records.
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Update attendance and student information.
  • Support teachers and the Center Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional.
  • Communicate program updates and reminders to parents.
  • Assist with open houses, events, and marketing activities. Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, or office experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer systems.
  • Friendly, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
