Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

Job Summary The Clerical Assistant provides general administrative and operational support during evening school activities. This position helps ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for students, families, and staff while supporting the daily needs of the school.

Job Responsibilities Assist with traffic control and student/family arrival and dismissal procedures. Provide supervision and support to students as needed. Serve as a substitute teacher when classroom coverage is required. Assist teachers and school staff with various tasks and activities. Provide general clerical and administrative assistance as assigned. Help maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming school environment. Communicate professionally and courteously with students, parents, faculty, and staff. Follow school policies, safety procedures, and established protocols. Support the Catholic mission and values of the school through professional and respectful interactions. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by school administration. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience working in a school, office, or with children is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Dependable, flexible, and able to work independently. Ability to interact positively and professionally with students, families, and staff. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing needs. Commitment to supporting the Catholic identity and mission of the school.
