  • Temporary, Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. Assist with calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings. Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Collaborate with team members on various projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management. Requirements Previous office experience is required; administrative or clerical experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance customer service capabilities. Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
