Scheduling Coordinator We are currently seeking an entry-level Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to support a healthcare organization focused on delivering a positive client experience. Scheduling Coordinator:
Coordinate appointments, schedules, and client communication Provide friendly, professional customer service through phone and email interactions Answer questions and provide updates regarding appointments and services Maintain accurate records and update scheduling information within internal systems Support documentation, billing coordination, and administrative processes Follow up with clients to ensure scheduling needs and requests are addressed Communicate with internal teams to help resolve scheduling conflicts or service concerns Help maintain an organized and efficient scheduling process throughout daily operations What We're Looking For in a
