Job Description

We are looking for an Office Services Associate to support daily administrative operations for a client site in St Louis, Missouri. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on office support work across copy, mail, scanning, reception, and related service functions in a fast-paced setting that requires strong attention to detail. The role requires strong attention to detail, dependable service, and the ability to manage time-sensitive requests while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client care.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming office service requests by reviewing work instructions, confirming job details, and documenting tasks accurately before production begins.
  • Provide day-to-day support for copying, reprographics, mail handling, intake, and digital document services while following established operating procedures.
  • Coordinate assignments in the correct sequence to keep workflow organized and ensure completed materials are delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Communicate promptly with clients, team members, and leadership regarding request status, turnaround expectations, or issues that may affect deadlines.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on office equipment and restock paper, toner, and other supplies to keep machines ready for use.
  • Review completed work for quality and accuracy, and assist in maintaining consistent output standards across the team.
  • Prioritize multiple requests in a busy environment while handling confidential documents with discretion and care.
  • Support additional front-office and workplace service needs, which may include hospitality tasks, audio/visual assistance, or reception coverage as needed.
  • Follow site policies and company guidelines while using equipment and materials responsibly to support efficient operations.
  • Lift and move boxes, files, and office materials weighing up to 50 pounds as part of regular daily duties.
