What You Will Do as an Administrative Assistant on
Our Team:
This position focuses on customer service for an established base of retirement plan participants primarily in the Metro St. Louis Area. Our office provides retirement planning and education to public sector employees. Duties as a member of the
RPA Team:
  • Answer, route and document calls for the office including client calls, partner calls and financial recordkeeper calls
  • Schedule client and group meetings for potential and existing participants
  • Schedule meetings using various software platforms including but not limited to: CRM (such as RedTail), Email (such as Outlook) and Meeting Software (such as Zoom and Jive / GoToMeeting)
  • Review financial forms completed by clients and/or team members for quality prior to processing financial changes to clients' accounts
  • Process financial transactions by email, faxing and phone conference calls with clients and financial institutions
  • Execute follow up actions on clients' financial transactions to confirm accuracy
  • Maintain compliant documentation on clients' records
  • Interact with clients in the office as advisors are scheduled with them
  • Maintain office schedule for 3 advisors and 4 administrative team members
  • Provide proactive communication to participants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What Skills You Will Use:
  • Financial experience in related fields (insurance, or finance, or banking, or tax prep) is required.
  • Series 6, 63, 65, life and health insurance licenses are nice to have but not required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Motivation to work independently.
Pay:
$31.00 - $39.00 per hour
