Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the customer service and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Day 8a-5p What's the Job? Answering inbound calls and emails regarding policy coverage, billing questions, and claims status Processing policy changes such as adding vehicles or updating addresses Issuing documents like proof of insurance to customers Handling complaints, investigating issues, and providing solutions for billing or coverage disputes Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the database Quoting new policies, conducting renewals, and referring customers to licensed agents for complex coverage upgrades What's Needed? High school diploma or GED Previous customer service or administrative experience, preferably in insurance Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry What's in it for me?
