Job Description

Position Summary Senior Administrative Assistant Sikeston Regional Campus Full-Time Primary Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to faculty, staff, and students at the Sikeston Regional Campus Provides essential customer service and support to incoming students and their families, including by phone, email, and in person Maintains the campus calendar and coordinates meetings and events Greets visitors, answers multiple phone lines, and serves as a resource for inquiries Assists students with admissions, financial aid, enrollment, and other university processes Assists with the management of Enrollment Day reservations, answers questions, and provides support to the incoming class to assist with yield efforts. Organizes and maintains paper and electronic files Manages textbook processes Assists with ZOOM equipment and technology, including assisting instructors with technology in offices and classrooms. Assist students with connecting to Wi-fi, activating SE Keys as needed, resetting passwords, issues with accessing mySEMO, and MFA troubleshooting Maintains inventory and budget management, including Chrome River expense reports Provides support for proctor requests, space reservations, and written communications Provides support for social media Provides support with scheduling classes at the Sikeston Campus Assists with ordering products needed for maintenance and facility upkeep Performs Banner data entry and edits Handles confidential and sensitive materials Other duties as assigned by the Director of Regional Campuses Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel Demonstrated administrative skills, including excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions Demonstrated understanding and strong commitment to customer service
