Garrison Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face of our practice. Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Bonus opportunities Paid time off Paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth Supportive team culture Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 5 days per week Approximately 7:30 AM start time Responsibilities As our Front Desk Administrator, you will: Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions Collect patient information and maintain accurate records Process patient payments and discuss financial responsibilities Verify and update insurance information Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members Utilize Eaglesoft practice management software for scheduling and patient records Scan and organize patient documentation into electronic charts Cross-train to assist with additional front office duties as needed Help ensure a positive patient experience from check-in through check-out Qualifications Required Minimum 1 year of front office experience in a general dentistry practice Experience using Eaglesoft dental software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional patient care Experience using Microsoft Excel Preferred What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is upbeat, dependable, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. You enjoy building relationships with patients, work well alongside teammates, and are committed to maintaining an organized and efficient front office. We are specifically seeking candidates with general dentistry experience rather than orthodontic or endodontic office experience.
