As our First Impression Coordinator , you will play a critical role in shaping every client's experience from the moment they reach out to us. What You'll Do As the first point of contact for clients, family members, and prospective clients, you will: Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism Manage incoming phone calls with care, clarity, and efficiency Coordinate and schedule appointments using our intuitive, user-friendly systems Ensure smooth communication and flow of information throughout the office Support clients by listening attentively and helping guide them to the right resources What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who brings both skill and heart to their work: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills A natural ability to listen, empathize, and respond thoughtfully Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Comfort with technology, including phone systems and learning new software platforms A positive, team-oriented mindset that values kindness, respect, and collaboration Why Join Ozarks Elder Law? Requirements:
Great interpersonal skills on the phone and in person. Good computer skills. Enjoys helping and supporting people especially older adults. Likes keeping things neat and organized. Enjoys handling a lot of different projects or people at any one time. Good at multi-tasking. Law office experience is a plus.
