Job Description
APR provides pavement marking and traffic control services throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri. We take pride in delivering quality work, maintaining the highest safety standards, and operating with integrity as a team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Administrator to support our operations and project management teams. Position Summary The Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of pavement marking projects. This position works closely with Estimating, Operations, and Project Management to ensure projects are set up accurately, production is tracked, and invoices are processed efficiently. If you're organized, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and like keeping projects on track, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Set up new projects and maintain project documentation. Coordinate with Estimating, Operations, and Project Managers to ensure projects are ready for execution. Process daily production reports and job quantities. Prepare and review customer invoices for accuracy. Assist with resolving invoice questions and discrepancies. Follow up on outstanding customer payments. Maintain organized project files and documentation. Support other administrative and project-related tasks as needed. What We're Looking For 1+ year of administrative or construction office experience required. Construction, highway, pavement marking, or traffic control industry experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Regular in-office attendance required. Why Join APR?
