Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerk to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, providing exceptional administrative support, managing front desk activities, and ensuring smooth daily workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment for clients and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a professional and efficient workplace. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and a friendly demeanor at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff or medical/dental offices as needed Support bookkeeping activities by handling basic invoicing, billing, and recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs with care and professionalism Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations Previous office experience or clerical experience is essential for success in this role Demonstrated phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems Attention to detail for proofreading documents, data entry accuracy, and filing tasks Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus for specialized roles in healthcare settings Join us as a Clerk and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
