Job Description
Penmac Staffing is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join a busy plumbing and septic service office. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and don't mind getting your hands dirty with the day-to-day details (figuratively!), we'd love to meet you. Our client's office has a casual, hardworking atmosphere where teamwork, reliability, and a good sense of humor go a long way. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and confidence Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians efficiently Prepare invoices and process billing Manage customer records and service information Use QuickBooks for invoicing and other accounting tasks Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors throughout the day Perform general administrative and office support duties Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks is required Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills What We're Looking For This company's office stays busy, and every day is different.
