Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your positive attitude and strong organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Support office management tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, calendar management, and scheduling appointments. Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory of office supplies. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to support financial recordkeeping. Support administrative functions such as proofing documents for accuracy and managing office logistics efficiently. Experience Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Familiarity with clerical tasks such as proofreading, time management, and document organization is preferred.
