This position is for supporting the WSI B2B Logo and corporate teams with quality assurance projects and logo mockups. Understanding background execution of personalization techniques and product capabilities. Clears previous day's mockup requests (24 Hour requested turnaround), executes high profile orders, and maintains product photos/inspections within Airtable. Constant communication with peers, managers, and corporate B2B associates to ensure deadlines are met and executed. Associate will perform other duties as made necessary by the business to provide customer service and quality. The Admin II position is in Olive Branch, MS. You'll be excited about this opportunity because: Ability to build and configure production approved mockups and production ready files for all PZ techniques for B2B logos. Ability to pull and photo Airtable SKU inspection requests and maintain actions within the Airtable Ui. Work closely with Operations teams to ensure seamless production execution. Use Adobe Illustrator for a multitude of projects. Ability to work closely with ops management to ensure high profile and escalated orders are processed seamlessly. Be sensitive to tight timelines and customer delivery commitments. Must have good attendance and be a team player and other duties as assigned. Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates: High School Diploma or GED. At least 2-4 years' work experience in computer operations, experience with Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe programs. This is an onsite and in office role. Strong Communication and follow up skills. Strong grasp of Pulse PZ System, PZ Capabilities, and full product development. Ability to be a multi-faceted business partner and assist where the business need may be. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook). Knowledge and heavy experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Ability to work a flexible schedule, overtime hours and weekends as needed. Able to use computer for an extended period. Perform various scheduled and unscheduled back-up procedures as required. Understanding of distribution center workflow. Ability to balance multiple tasks. Willingness to work as a team. Available to work overtime and flexible schedules. Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
