High SchoolResponsibilities Serve as the main point of contact in the office to assist, support, and communicate effectively with field staff. Audit, update, and track daily schedules to ensure full coverage across regional facility locations. Post open positions across job boards and social media platforms to attract top field talent. Review incoming applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews to keep the hiring pipeline moving. Perform general administrative duties to keep the home office running smoothly and efficiently day-to-day. Required Qualifications Read, write, and speak fluently in both English and Spanish. Proven background in office administration or staff support. Comfortable navigating scheduling tools, job boards, and social media platforms for outreach. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to connect built on trust and clarity. Ability to work full-time on-site at the Southaven, MS office.
