Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and personable Front Desk staff member to serve as one of the welcoming faces of our organization. In this vital role, you will help run front office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for visitors, Patients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office expertise while supporting daily business functions with efficiency and professionalism. Duties Greet Patients, visitors and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, transfer calls accurately, and take detailed messages Maintain organized files, data entry records, and ensure proper document filing using digital and physical systems Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events as needed Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, proofreading documents, and maintaining office cleanliness Handle clerical duties including typing correspondence, proofreading materials, and managing incoming/outgoing mail Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns professionally and efficiently Requirements Proven experience in front desk operations or office administration with strong organizational skills Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus for diverse environments Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic office operations. Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing data accurately Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure Previous dental office experience preferred; personal assistant experience is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us in creating a professional yet welcoming atmosphere where your organizational talents shine! Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
