Job Summary We are looking for an initiative-taking and detail-oriented QC Administrative Assistant to join our growing Industrial Construction team. This position will be responsible for the duties listed below along with other related functions. A collaborative mentality and the drive to continuously improve is what sets the Loenbro team at the top of the industry. This position works closely with the Quality Manager, Inspectors, and Project Team. Essential Job Responsibilities Weld Map Isometric drawings. Enter welding and inspection information into tracking tools. Assist with pressure testing package creation. Review documentation for clerical errors. Prepare NDE/NDT work sheets. File NDE/NDT Reports. Assemble and maintain project documentation packages. Support the clerical needs of inspectors. Commit to Loenbro's core values and safety policies.Minimum Qualifications Required:
Knowledge and experience working under a Quality Management Program. Performed document reviews and retention activities.Preferred:
Efficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers Quality Control Inspector. Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills. Elevated level of organizational skills. Extensive knowledge of reading and understanding drawings. Must be a quick learner and motivated. Ability to travel and relocate as needed. Initiative-taking with the drive to learn and grow. Must be able to work as a team. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Occasionally you may need to kneel, reach, or stoop. Coordination of QC personnel within a fabrication shop environment. If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability are required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
