Automotive Service Advisor/Writer

Great Falls Subaru is currently looking for a sales minded, hardworking, and customer oriented professional to help us execute our Mission and facilitate growth. Service Advisors are responsible for the sales, customer relations and administrative functions associated with the operation of the Service Department. They act as the liaison between the customer and the technician.

Primary responsibilities:

Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance. Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test. Inform customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs. Prepare a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service. Explain the work performed and the charges to the customer. Follow up with customer on status of vehicle Handle customer complaints Minimum Qualifications 2 years Sales Experience with a proven track record 2 years Customer Service experience with strong customer service skills Outstanding Communication Skills Desire and willingness to learn and grow Hardworking Team player Must be able to pass drug test and background check Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving Subaru Experience is a plus but not required Knowledge with CDK is a plus but not required Additional Information Join a dealership where culture comes first, performance is rewarded, and careers are built.
