Job Title:
Office Administrator Job Description We are seeking a diligent Office Administrator to deliver professional customer service and manage all incoming calls. The successful candidate will coordinate schedules, maintain the Work In Progress Board, support subcontractor coordination and program compliance, assist with billing, payments, and accounts receivable, and organize company files, calendars, and daily communications. Provide general administrative support. Essential Skills Proficiency in data entry and administrative support. Strong customer service and clerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook. Typing and sales skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 6 months customer service experience using Microsoft Office Suite Programs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
