Front Office Coordinator Express Employment Professionals Job Summary Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. The Front Office Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient workplace while providing administrative support to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and applicants in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation Assist with data entry and database maintenance Order and monitor office supplies and equipment inventory Support management and staff with administrative projects and tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Assist with onboarding paperwork and general office processes Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous office administration, receptionist, customer service, or administrative assistant experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or office management tools Knowledge of general office procedures and business etiquette Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision benefits (where applicable) Paid time off and holiday pay Career growth and professional development opportunities Positive and supportive team environment Why Work With Express Employment Professionals?
