About Us We are a growing business services company providing payroll, bookkeeping, tax, and administrative support to multiple businesses. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. Position Summary The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and bookkeeping support, assist with payroll processing, maintain accurate records, and help ensure smooth daily office operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities Enter employee and subcontractor payroll information into payroll software Verify payroll hours, rates, and supporting documentation Prepare and organize payroll reports and records Ensure payroll checks and payments are prepared accurately and distributed on time Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records Assist with bookkeeping and general accounting duties Answer phones and assist clients in English and Spanish Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars Organize digital and physical files Assist with document preparation and administrative projects Provide general office support as needed Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Previous administrative assistant, payroll, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with payroll software and QuickBooks is a plus Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently Preferred Skills Payroll processing experience Bookkeeping experience QuickBooks experience Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative or customer services based role Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office Proactive, reliable, and enjoys keeping the office environment welcoming and organized Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Professional and supportive work environment To Apply Please submit your resume
