Job Description

Job Summary Charlotte Performance is seeking an organized administrative assistant to help with day to day operations and provide support for our sales staff and attention to our customers needs. This position requires a positive attitude and attention to detail to help facilitate an efficient and productive workflow. We need someone to assist with answering customer phone calls, greet them and direct them to sales or administration. We will also need help with responding to customer emails, responding to comments and requests from our various social media platforms. This position also may require occasional research assistance to help with time sensitive issues for urgent customer repair needs. We would also need assistance in communicating with customers after receiving approval for work to be completed. We also need assistance with vendors and suppliers when issues arise that need attention or assistance. We would also prefer assistance with car shows we host or attend and help with various sales campaigns and promotions. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, greet visitors and direct them appropriately with professional etiquette. Operate a multi-line phone system, screen incoming calls to keep telemarketers from taking valuable time away from our customers and route messages that need attention to the appropriate sales personnel. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including some data entry and document proofreading when needed. When directed, schedule appointments, manage calendar events and coordinate meetings. When directed, perform certain bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial bookkeeping. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting customers' needs in person or over the phone. Assist with online sales platform management and social media updating when needed. Assist with posting, responding and shipping of parts we place for sale on Ebay or Facebook marketplace from overstock of inventory, consignment parts from customers and OEM parts removed from project cars, ect. Pick up various parts from local suppliers that are needed immediately for a customer when required. If interested in this position, please reach out and let us get to know you.
