This role is ideal for an individual who values integrity, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. The Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations by managing client requests, scheduling service calls, and handling administrative tasks related to service orders, invoicing, and inventory management. The position involves close collaboration with service teams, field technicians, and service managers to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to client calls, emails, and messages. Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, repairs, and follow-ups. Manage work orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely billing. Track incoming parts and materials to support efficient technician scheduling. Verify technician time and job completion daily to support invoicing and payroll. Assist with accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding balances. Maintain accurate customer and service records within ERP and CRM systems. Prepare and track service quotes while supporting smooth transitions from sales to service. Identify and recommend process improvements; participate in ongoing training. Uphold organizational core values in all customer and team interactions. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements 3+ years of service coordination or related experience, preferably in HVAC, controls, or electrical fields. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills. Dependable team player with a strong sense of accountability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience required (COINS preferred). Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Demonstrated ownership of tasks with consistent follow-through. Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to changing systems or processes. Positive, customer-focused attitude aligned with organizational values.
