• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview NC Improvement LLC is a growing construction and remodeling company based in Charlotte, NC.

We are a smaller company with a steady flow of residential and commercial projects, and we are looking for the right person to grow with us long term. Most of our work involves remodeling, painting, and restoration projects, including water damage and fire damage repairs. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Field Superintendent / Project Supervisor to help oversee projects, coordinate crews, and keep jobs running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Visit and oversee multiple job sites Coordinate crews and subcontractors Communicate updates between the field and office Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction Take progress photos/videos and provide job updates Help keep projects organized and on schedule Pick up and deliver materials when needed Problem solve in the field and help keep jobs moving Use smartphone apps such as CompanyCam (experience is a plus)

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Speak English and Spanish Construction experience required Strong communication and leadership skills Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects Experience in painting, drywall, flooring, remodeling, or general construction is a plus

Pay:

$22

• 32 per hour depending on experience Overtime available when needed Gas allowance/mileage reimbursement may be discussed Opportunity for growth within the company

Schedule:
