Office Coordinator | 10+ Years Administrative Experience We're seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to provide administrative support at a busy operations facility.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
Four 10-hour shifts Fridays off unless business needs require storm response support In this role, you'll serve as the primary office coordinator for the facility, supporting supervisors and ensuring daily administrative operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars Enter employee time and support timekeeping processes Order and manage office supplies Provide administrative support to multiple supervisors Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes using Microsoft Office Receive and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email Maintain organized files and office records Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics Track expenses and assist with general office administration Navigate internal company portals and timekeeping systems (MyTime)
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of administrative or office coordination experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Experience supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to learn internal systems and follow established procedures Dependable with a strong commitment to maintaining continuity in the role
Preferred Skills:
Experience with timekeeping systems Comfortable working independently as the sole office coordinator at a site Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities #LI-CL1
