Job Description

The Temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support to Child Welfare Social Workers in the area of CPS Assessments by accompanying them on home visits and other field-based activities, documenting observations and interviews, entering documentation into the agency's case management system, and assisting with the organization of workload priorities. Hearing information that may deal with sensitive subjects or traumatic incidents. Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and demonstrated experience providing administrative or clerical support; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
