Job Duties:
Register for events Make travel plans Send correspondence Manage day-to-day operations of office Manage email and contacts Manage paperwork for bookkeeper Record-keeping of speaking engagements, events Post on Social Media Manage inventory Order products Update Inventory Price tags/signs

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage work time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks (or willingness to learn)
  • Proficiency in Google Business (Gmail, calendar, Google Drive)
  • Access to reliable transportation.
