Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Project Administrator and become a vital part of delivering successful projects from inception to completion. In this energetic role, you will coordinate project activities, manage documentation, and support project teams to ensure seamless execution. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and help us meet project milestones on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction management while contributing to impactful infrastructure projects. Duties Process and track project-related invoices, reimbursements, expense reports, and vendor payments. Verify supporting documentation for project expenditures and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate with Accounting and Project Managers to facilitate timely payment processing. Maintain accurate records of project expenses, purchase orders, and payment status. Assist in monitoring project budgets and tracking project-related costs. Procure project supplies, equipment, office materials, and other project-related resources as requested. Obtain vendor quotations, compare pricing, and coordinate purchasing activities. Track orders and deliveries to ensure timely receipt of required materials and supplies. Maintain procurement records and vendor information. Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory management for project needs. Maintain project files, records, contracts, correspondence, and other project documentation. Assist with document control and ensure proper filing of project-related records. Skills 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, accounting, or procurement experience preferred. Experience supporting construction, engineering, EPC, or industrial projects is a plus. Experience processing invoices, expense reports, or purchasing transactions preferred.
Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
