This role is perfect for someone who loves answering the phone, accurately gathering customer information, scheduling jobs, and keeping the office running smoothly. You'll provide excellent service to our customers while also supporting our team behind the scenes. What we're looking for: Friendly, professional and positive attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Careful attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and QuickBooks Ability to provide both customer service and internal staff support Dependable, flexible and comfortable working in a busy office We're a small, family-owned business with a professional atmosphere—but without the stuffy corporate feel. We work hard, support one another, and believe work should still be an enjoyable place to come each day.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
