Part-Time Household Assistant (Leland, NC Daily 12 Hours)

Leland, NC (near Wilmington)

Schedule:

1-2 hours per day, 5 days per week (flexible timing, but consistency preferred)

Overview:

I'm looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Household Assistant to help keep my home running smoothly on a daily basis. This is a long-term, part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, maintaining clean spaces, and handling light errands. This is not just a cleaning job, I'm looking for someone who takes ownership, notices what needs to be done, and keeps things in order without constant direction. Could grow into more hours and even executive assistant role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Light daily cleaning (kitchen reset, tidying common areas, dishes, laundry as needed)
• Home organization (keeping spaces functional and clutter-free)
• Running occasional local errands (groceries, returns, basic pickups)
• Restocking household essentials
• Noticing and handling small tasks proactively

What I'm Looking For:

• Reliable and consistent (shows up on time, communicates clearly)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Self-starter who doesn't need micromanagement
• Trustworthy and respectful of privacy
• Prior experience in cleaning, organizing, or household support is a plus

Compensation:

• $13-22/hour Higher rate available for candidates who can take full ownership of household organization and systems.

Additional Details:

• Flexible on exact timing, but prefer a consistent daily routine
