Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and other productivity software Assist executive staff with appointments, ad hoc activities, and miscellaneous tasks Assist Property Management team with showings, leases, documentation, and meetings Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and maintaining positive client communication Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing Word processing files, and managing office supplies Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in office productivity software and general computer skills Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or customer service Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will shine!
